Except for a raw Scotch Bonnet, though. Life is too short to inflict that kind of pain on yourself. <BR/><BR/>I've never had crocodile, but I have had alligator. Would that count, do you think? It was a bit on the stringy side and less gamey than I'd imagined it would be.
